Life happens. Reschedule your event date up to 14 days before with no fee. We’ll transfer your deposit and all template design work to the new date — no questions asked.

Weather Policy
For outdoor events affected by weather, we offer free rescheduling with 48-hour notice. We know how unpredictable LA weather can be — we’ll work with you to find a new date that works.
Force Majeure
Pandemic, natural disaster, or venue closure: you receive a full credit toward a future date with no expiration. We went through the LA wildfires alongside our clients — we understand that some things are out of everyone’s control.
