We take your privacy seriously. Here’s exactly how we handle photos, data, and personal information at every event.
Your Photos Are Yours
We never sell, share, or use guest photos for marketing without explicit written consent. If we feature an event on our website or social media, we always ask first.
AI Processing & Storage
Photos are processed through secure AI systems in real-time during your event. This is how our AI Photo Booth, AI Caricature Booth, and other AI-powered experiences work. No photos are stored on AI servers after your event — processing happens live and data is not retained.
Digital Gallery Access
Your event gallery is hosted on a secure, password-protected link. Only people with the link and password can access your photos. Gallery access expires after 90 days unless you request an extension — just email or call us.
Guest Email Capture
When guests enter their email for digital delivery, that data belongs to you (the event host). We provide the lead list in CSV format after your event. We do not add guests to any mailing list, and we never contact your guests directly.
CCPA Compliance
California residents can request deletion of their photos at any time. If you or any of your guests would like photos removed from our systems, contact us and we’ll process the request within 30 days.
Children’s Events & COPPA
We follow COPPA guidelines. No data is collected from children under 13 without parental consent. For school events, birthday parties, and other children’s events, we work with parents and administrators to ensure full compliance.
