Ownership Statement

CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® is a federally registered service mark on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Principal Register, owned exclusively by Captured Celebrations LLC, a California limited liability company.

The mark consists of standard characters without claim to any particular font style, size, or color. All rights in and to the CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® mark are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities constitute trademark infringement and are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Captured Celebrations LLC:

• Using "Captured Celebrations" or any confusingly similar name in connection with photography, photo booth rental, photographic equipment rental, or audio recording services
• Registering domain names containing "Captured Celebrations" or confusingly similar variations
• Using "Captured Celebrations" in social media handles, business listings, or advertising in a manner likely to cause consumer confusion
• Creating any logo, trade dress, or branding that incorporates or imitates the CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® mark
• Using "Captured Celebrations" in meta tags, keywords, paid search advertising, or SEO content to divert traffic

Proper Use of Our Mark

When referencing our company in editorial or informational contexts, please follow these guidelines:

• Use the full name "Captured Celebrations®" with the registration symbol (®) on first reference
• Do not alter, abbreviate, or modify the mark
• Do not use the mark as a generic term — it identifies our specific company and services
• Clearly distinguish your business identity from ours in any reference

Enforcement

Captured Celebrations LLC actively monitors and enforces its trademark rights. Unauthorized use of the CAPTURED CELEBRATIONS® mark may result in:

• Cease and desist demands
• DMCA and trademark takedown requests with platforms including Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Yelp, and domain registrars
• Complaints filed with the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
• Civil litigation for trademark infringement under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1114), including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees

Registration Maintenance

This registration is maintained in accordance with USPTO requirements. Declaration of Use filings are due between March 31, 2031 – March 31, 2032 (Section 8), and renewal between March 31, 2035 – March 31, 2036 (Sections 8 & 9).
