Lopez Rosa Events Vendor Mixer 2025 photo booth print — large group of wedding industry professionals against black backdrop with elegant B&W template
Groups of 10+ wedding industry professionals — planners, photographers, florists — all piling in together. The black backdrop and clean white template made every shot look like a headshot.

The Event

Rosa Lopez — wedding coordinator, event planner, and founder of Lopez Rosa Events — organized a vendor mixer for the Los Angeles wedding industry on September 17, 2025. Held at Las Estrellas Venues in El Monte, the event brought together photographers, caterers, florists, planners, and event professionals for a 5:30–8:30 PM networking evening of connection, collaboration, and community.

Captured Celebrations was invited to sponsor the photo booth — bringing a branded experience to a room full of wedding and event professionals who would go on to recommend vendors to their future clients. This was B2B networking through a B2C lens: the photo booth wasn’t just entertainment, it was a live demonstration of what Captured Celebrations delivers at every event.

Every person in that room was a potential referral source. Every photo they took — branded “Sponsored: Captured Celebrations” — was a business card that traveled with them after the event. The mixer was the setting; the photo booth was the pitch.

What We Delivered

Elegant Black-and-White Sponsored Template

The print template was clean and editorial: white background, thin border lines, "VENDOR MIXER / LOPEZ ROSA EVENTS / 09.17.25" in refined serif type, and "Sponsored: Captured Celebrations" anchoring the bottom. The design matched the professionalism of the crowd — wedding industry veterans who notice when a template looks cheap. This one didn't. Every photo was a portfolio piece.

DSLR Camera for Large Group Clarity

With groups of 8–12 people crowding into each session, image quality matters more, not less. Our DSLR setup captured every face cleanly — no motion blur, no soft focus at the edges, no one cut off. Wedding professionals evaluate image quality as part of their professional assessment. A crisp, well-lit group photo of 10 people is a better advertisement than any brochure.

Black Backdrop for a Clean, Professional Look

The black seamless backdrop created a neutral, polished environment for group photos. Against a dark background, faces pop and outfits read clearly — important when the crowd is dressed professionally. The result was photos that looked intentional, editorial, and worthy of posting.

SMS-First Digital Delivery

67 of 69 digital shares were delivered by SMS. Event professionals are busy — they don't have time to check email links or remember a gallery URL. A text with the photo arrives immediately, goes directly to the camera roll, and gets shared before the event is over. One web share went via email, confirmed by the gallery analytics showing 80 views on mobile-first devices.

Industry Networking Through the Photo Experience

The photo booth served as a natural icebreaker. Strangers who hadn't yet introduced themselves found themselves shoulder-to-shoulder in a group shot — laughing, loosening up, exchanging business cards afterward. The photo was the opening. The conversation was the value. For a networking event built around professional connection, that dynamic is exactly right.

The Outcome

49 photos. 69 digital shares. 80 gallery views. The shares outpacing the captures means guests were forwarding photos to people who weren’t even at the booth — sending their group shots to the colleagues or friends in the photo, who then received a branded Captured Celebrations image on their phone.

The average group size exceeded 10 people per session. In a room of wedding and event professionals, that means each photo put our brand in front of an entire professional network per shot — caterers, photographers, planners, DJs, florists, all receiving a photo bearing the Captured Celebrations name.

Sponsoring a vendor mixer is one of the most efficient ways a photo booth company can generate referrals. The people in that room at Las Estrellas Venues recommend vendors to clients every week. Captured Celebrations showed up, delivered a professional experience, and left our name on every photo that went home with them.

That’s how you turn one event into fifty future bookings.

Why Captured Celebrations Sponsors Industry Events

Every wedding planner, coordinator, and event professional who has seen Captured Celebrations operate firsthand becomes a credible referral source. They’ve watched how we handle large groups, how quickly digital delivery works, how our attendant reads the room. When their clients ask “do you know a good photo booth company?” they answer from direct experience.

Sponsoring vendor mixers and industry events is how we invest in those relationships. The photo booth experience at the Lopez Rosa Events mixer wasn’t just a fun activity — it was a live portfolio demonstration for an audience of people who evaluate photo experiences professionally.

What makes a photo booth valuable at a vendor networking event?

At a vendor mixer, the photo booth does double duty: it creates a social, icebreaker moment that gets attendees talking and connecting, and it puts the sponsor's name and brand on every photo that leaves the event. At the Lopez Rosa Events vendor mixer, "Sponsored: Captured Celebrations" appeared on every print — putting our brand in the hands of Los Angeles wedding professionals who would go on to recommend us to their clients.

The wide-angle DSLR camera, professional lighting, and open setup means everyone fits in the frame cleanly. At the Lopez Rosa Events vendor mixer, groups of 8–12 people posed together per session, and every session was captured clearly and delivered immediately. Large groups are one of our specialties.
