You call our dedicated tech support line — printed on a card next to the booth. Most issues (paper jam, simple restart) are resolved in under 2 minutes with phone guidance. For anything beyond that, we can dispatch a technician within 30–45 minutes anywhere in Los Angeles. In 500+ events, we have had to dispatch a technician exactly twice.
