Lead Capture — How It Works
Every digital photo delivery requires the guest to enter their email address or phone number to receive their image. This is voluntary and consent-based — guests choose to enter their contact information.
After the event, you receive a CSV export of every email and phone number collected. This typically represents 60–80% of total sessions (some guests choose print-only or skip digital delivery).
Important: TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance for any subsequent marketing to these contacts is the client’s responsibility. We recommend including opt-in language on the photo delivery screen — we can help configure this.
Typical lead capture results:
- 100-guest event: 60–80 email/phone captures
- 250-guest event: 150–200 captures
- Trade show booth (8 hours): 200–400+ captures
