Does Reflections Venue require a certificate of insurance from vendors?
The Reflections website says the venue itself is fully insured and does not publish a vendor insurance rule. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance (COI) to the venue or your planner before the event. Ask your coordinator who should receive it so it reaches the right person ahead of time.
How early does the photo booth attendant arrive for a Reflections Venue event?
Arrival depends on the booth. Open Air and Glam setups arrive 1.5 hours before your start time, Oak and Studio Quality 2 hours, and AI and 360 Video 2.5 hours.
