What's included in a photo booth rental?
Every Captured Celebrations package includes: custom template design, a professional bilingual attendant, unlimited sessions, a digital gallery delivered same night, and full setup and breakdown. Print Party packages ($795+) add 1 print per person per session.
Do I get an attendant?
Yes — every staffed package includes a professional bilingual attendant who manages the booth from start to finish. They greet guests, assist with props and posing, troubleshoot any issues, and keep the line moving. The only exception is our Drop-Off rental ($500), which is a self-serve option.
Are prints included?
It depends on the package. Digital Keepsake ($475) is digital-only. Social Experience ($600) adds digital sharing features. Print Party ($795) includes 1 print per person per session on 2x6 strips. A 4x6 print upgrade is available for $150.
Is setup and breakdown included?
Yes — we arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event start time to set up and test everything. Breakdown after the event takes about 45 minutes. Setup and breakdown time is not counted toward your contracted booth hours.
Do I get the digital photos after?
Yes — every package includes a complete digital gallery delivered the same night or within 24 hours. Guests can also share photos instantly via text or email during the event if Wi-Fi is available.
