• January to April is peak season. Resorts, planners, and vendors book up fast, so reach out 8 to 10 weeks ahead, earlier for popular weekends.
• May to September brings serious heat. Many summer weddings move indoors or start after sunset. If yours is outdoors, the booth needs shade and should run in the evening.
• October to December is a second busy stretch for fall weddings and holiday events. Plan 6 to 8 weeks ahead.

Practical Details for a Scottsdale Wedding Booth

• Shade is non-negotiable outdoors. Direct Arizona sun heats screens and equipment and washes out photos. A covered patio, a tent, or a spot just inside the reception space works best.
• Space. Most booths need about 10x10 ft. The 360 Video Booth needs about 12x12 ft plus a little room for a line.
• Power. We need one standard outlet within 25 feet of the booth spot. Resort lawns can have outlets far from the party, so confirm with your venue coordinator.
• Resort rules. Scottsdale resorts often have load-in windows and insurance requirements. We coordinate with the resort's event team and provide a certificate of insurance when it's required.
• Timing. Golden hour is the best light of the day. If you can, have the booth open through sunset.
