Do guests get their photos during the event or after?
Both. Photos hit phones live via SMS, email, or QR scan, usually within a minute of being taken. After the event you also get the full digital gallery with every shot edited and ready to share.
How does the face recognition work? Is it creepy?
A guest taps their face once on a tablet or scans a QR to opt in. From that point on, every photo they appear in auto-delivers to their personal live gallery. It is opt-in only, the matching happens inside our event platform, and faces are never sold, shared, or used outside your event.
Can I book this and a photo booth at the same event?
Yes, and a lot of clients do. The booth anchors one spot for group shots and props, while the roaming photographer covers cocktails, toasts, dance floor, and candids. If you already have a booth booked with us, the roaming add-on is $695 for 2 hours.
What size events does roaming photography work for?
Roaming works from intimate dinners of 20 up through galas of 500+. For groups under 75, the Roam Cocktail package (2 hours) usually nails it. For 150+, add a second photographer at $395/hr so no moment gets missed.
Are the photos high quality, not just phone photos?

What if my venue has bad wifi?
We bring a dedicated mobile hotspot to every event and the system buffers offline if signal drops. Photos still capture, get AI-enhanced, and push out the moment connectivity returns.
How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays in spring and fall book 3 to 6 months ahead. Weekday corporate events and off-season dates can often be booked inside 30 days. If your date is tight, just call and ask.
