Yes. We work Vibiana, the Millennium Biltmore, Cicada, Hudson Loft, The Majestic Downtown, MOCA, and Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels regularly. Our photographers know the rooms, the lighting quirks, and which corners let your guests look like themselves. Roaming fits these venues because the architecture is the story, and your photos should show that, not a backdrop.
How do you handle parking and load-in in Downtown LA?
Roaming has a tiny footprint, which is the whole point in DTLA. The photographer arrives with a camera bag, a flash, and a phone. No props, no backdrop, no truck. Parking gets validated through your venue or expensed at standard DTLA garage rates. Load-in is usually 15 minutes through the guest entrance, not the freight elevator.
What about flash or equipment restrictions at Vibiana or MOCA?
We talk to the venue ahead of time and follow whatever flash, lighting, and movement rules they have. At MOCA and the Cathedral we shoot with available light and a low-profile setup. At Vibiana and the Biltmore we use bounced flash that respects the room. Staying invisible is the whole point of roaming, so this is built into how we work.
Can guests post their photos that same night?
Yes. Every photo gets AI-enhanced and delivered to each guest by SMS or QR within a minute or two of being taken. By the time the toast wraps, photos are already on Instagram.
