The venue was the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills — a setting that demands a certain level of refinement. Setup

Black-Tie Glam Booth Portraits

The Glam Booth was configured for black-and-white portraits with the Conrad Hilton Foundation logo elegantly placed on the overlay. The look was intentional — timeless, magazine-quality portraits that felt like a gift rather than a party favor. Every print was a 4x6 keepsake worthy of framing.

Vintage Rotary Audio Guestbook

A vintage rotary phone Audio Guestbook was positioned near the cocktail area, inviting donors to pick up the receiver and leave a personal message for the foundation. The format was intimate and unhurried — donors spoke from the heart about what the foundation means to them, creating a collection of authentic, emotional recordings.

Foundation-Branded Experience

Every touchpoint was branded to the foundation — from the print overlay to the audio guestbook signage. The design team created custom materials that reflected the foundation’s visual identity while maintaining the warmth and approachability that makes guests feel comfortable participating.

Every one of the 150 donors in attendance participated in the Glam Booth experience. 40+ audio messages were recorded throughout the evening via the vintage rotary Audio Guestbook.
