Event 1: WSS Cares x Adidas Soccer Event

Goals
WSS partnered with Adidas for a community-facing soccer event designed to energize employees and celebrate the brand collaboration. The brief called for employee engagement, Adidas brand activation, and a community celebration atmosphere that felt authentic to the WSS audience — predominantly Latino families and sneaker culture enthusiasts across Southern California.
The photo booth needed to tie both brands together seamlessly while creating content that employees and guests would actually want to share. Generic branding was not an option — this had to feel like a soccer celebration, not a corporate obligation.
Setup
Custom Soccer Stadium Template
We designed a custom branded template featuring a soccer field aesthetic with WSS Cares and Adidas co-branding. The template incorporated the "YOU CAN DO IT" messaging that anchored the event campaign, making every print a branded keepsake that reinforced the partnership.
Soccer Props & Themed Experience
The activation included soccer jerseys, balls, and themed props that turned the photo booth into a mini soccer celebration. Guests dressed up in jerseys, posed with soccer balls, and created high-energy group shots that captured the spirit of the event.
Bilingual Team On-Site
Our bilingual attendant connected with every guest in their preferred language, ensuring that Spanish-speaking employees and community members felt welcomed and included in the experience. This is not a nice-to-have at WSS events — it is essential.
Results
The activation delivered high-energy participation throughout the event. Employees lined up to dress in soccer jerseys, pose with Adidas props, and walk away with branded prints featuring both the WSS Cares and Adidas logos. The soccer jersey dress-up element turned the photo booth into the social hub of the event — groups were coming back for second and third rounds with different props and poses.
Every print carried the co-branded template into attendees’ homes and social feeds, extending the reach of the WSS x Adidas partnership well beyond the event itself. Event 2: WSS Día de Muertos Celebration

Goals
WSS hosted a Día de Muertos celebration for employees and community members — a cultural moment that required sensitivity, authenticity, and festive energy in equal measure. The goals were straightforward: honor the tradition of Día de Muertos, create a space for employee and community engagement, and produce branded content that felt culturally authentic rather than corporate.
This was not a Halloween party with sugar skull decorations. WSS needed a vendor who understood the cultural significance of Día de Muertos and could design a photo experience that respected the tradition while delivering a polished, branded result.

Custom Día de Muertos Template
We designed a colorful custom frame inspired by traditional Día de Muertos aesthetics — marigold flowers, sugar skull motifs, and vibrant colors — with WSS branding integrated naturally into the cultural design. The template honored the tradition while maintaining brand consistency.
Brick Wall Backdrop & Cultural Styling
The brick wall backdrop provided a warm, textured canvas that complemented the colorful template design. Combined with the cultural styling, the setup created a photo experience that felt like stepping into a Día de Muertos ofrenda — respectful, beautiful, and celebratory.
Bilingual Experience Throughout
Our bilingual attendant guided guests through the experience in both English and Spanish, ensuring that the cultural celebration was fully accessible. For many guests, being greeted and guided in Spanish transformed the photo booth from a corporate amenity into a genuine cultural moment.
Results
The Día de Muertos activation produced beautifully culturally authentic prints that guests cherished as keepsakes from the celebration. Setup: Open Air Photo Booth with a bold custom “Latino Heritage Month Celebration” template featuring WSS branding. The template design incorporated cultural pride with modern streetwear energy — matching WSS’s brand identity perfectly.
Results: High participation from staff and community members. The multi-photo strip layout captured groups of friends celebrating together. Another set of branded prints went home with every guest — WSS’s third round of fridge-level brand visibility in three months.
